With almost a hundred years of history, the São Paulo Botanical Garden is one of the city's greatest green treasures. Its vast collection of rare plants, both native and exotic, includes species of bromeliads, orchids and the emblematic brazilwood, one of the largest orchid collections in the country and a meliponary.
In addition, the garden is home to historic buildings, tranquil lakes and the famous greenhouses, which are true postcards.
The Botanical Garden is located in the South Zone of São Paulo.
It is easily accessible via the São Judas Metro station - 15 minutes by bus (take 4742-10 Jardim Clímax). You can also go by taxi or Uber. There is also parking near the Botanical Garden.
